About me: I’m an award-winning writer and editor with over 25 years’ experience.
I specialise in writing, rewriting and editing that puts complex information into clear, concise English, whatever the subject. But I have worked extensively with charities and researchers on social issues, including: poverty, housing, ageing, disability, inequality, health policy and arts for social good.
I’ve worked in corporate, educational and academic publishing and for the Department of Health. For many years, I ran the publishing programme at York’s Joseph Rowntree Foundation. I’ve been freelance since 2011.
I’m committed to clear communications, whatever the project – and I’ve never missed a deadline.
